Here's a guy who has built a harpsichord out of...well, you have to see it to believe it. Includes an mp3 of the theme from Bach's Goldberg Variations. Sound pretty interesting. Alissa Duryee's Harpsichord
My friend Alissa has built a harpsichord (and a clavichord too, but that was a while ago). Currently the harpsichord lives in her apartment in Paris. I've posted her text and photos here, so have a read!
